Rembold, Joseph Jasper

* Born Feb. 10, 1845 in Greenville Twp. Somerset Co. Pa. 
* Died Dec. 10, 1941 in Preston Co. West Virginia 
* Buried in Texas Church Cemetery Horse Shoe Run, Preston Co. West Virginia 
* Joined the Union Army at age 16 and served as a supply wagon master 
* Received a land grant for a farmstead in Preston Co. West Virginia 
* NOTE: The listed age of 16 would make his date of birth as before 1845. If 
birth date is correct he gave an incorrect age when he joined the army.
