* Mustered out June 11, 1864 with company 
* Wounded Dec. 13, 1862 at Fredericksburg 
* Height - 5'8 1/2"; Hair - Light Brown; Complexion - Fair; Eyes - Grey; 
Occupation - Carpenter 
* Residence at Enlistment - Wellersburg, Somerset Co. Pa. 
* He is the son of Levi Shockey
