* Mustered in Aug. 25, 1862 at Harrisburg, Pa. by Lieutenant Brayton, U. S. A. 
* Mustered out with company May 29, 1862 
* Eyes - Brown; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Fair; Height - 6' 1" 
* Occupation at enrollment - Shoemaker 
* He was in the following battles: Fredericksburg 
* Detailed Mar. 1, 1863 as teamster where he served to the close of the war.
