present rate $8 per month; On account of increased disease of Lungs, eyes, Heart 
Disease and Nasel Catarrah; Pension increased to $12 per month; Decelaration for 
increase on account of increased disability for disease of Lungs, Eyes and Heart 
_____?; Call #7 answered Apr. 28, 1892, rejected; Apr. 30, 1892 decelaration for 
increase, rejection was erroneous, ought to have $24; Rejected Apr. 13, 1903; 
Decelaration for increase Apr. 15, 1903 account increased disability, eyes and 
lungs;  Chest measures 30 - 31 1/2 inches, Height - 5' 6"; Weight 110; Muscles -
