* Mustered in Aug. 22, 1862 
* Served Aug. 22, 1862 - June 20, 1865 - 33 month 28 days 
* He was in the following battles: Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg, 
the Wilderness, Spotsylvania, Talopotomy, North Anna River, Bethesda, Church, 
Cold Harbor, Hutchins Run, Dodney Roads and Five Forks 
* He was a prisoner in Libby Prison for 3 month 
* Absent on detaches service at muster out 
* Invalid Pension: Applied June 4, 1881, Application #423045, Certificate
