* Mustered in Aug. 25, 1862 at Harrisburg, Pa. by Lieutenant Brayton, U. S. A. 
* Mustered out with company May 29, 1865 
* Eyes - Brown; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Dark; Height - 5' 7" 
* Occupation at enlistment - Farmer 
* He was wounded at Fredericksburg in the back 
* Detailed as teamster 
* Returned from detached duty with Wagon Train May 20, 1863 
* Afterwards Hospital Nurse
