* Died Mar. 5, 1925 in Meyersdale, Somerset Co. Pa. at age 90 
* Served with Union Army in Civil War. 
* 2nd Lieutenant Co. K 4th Regiment Pa. Infantry 
* Enrolled Sept. 11, 1862 at age 21 in Carrollton, Pa. 
* Mustered in as 2nd Lieutenant 
* Discharged Sept. 25, 1862 
* Served Sept. 12, 1862 - June 27, 1865 - 33 month 15 days
