Edmunds * Mustered in Aug. 25, 1862 at Harrisburg, Pa. by Lieutenant Brayton, U. S. A. * Mustered out with company May 29, 1865 * Served Aug. 25, 1862 - May 29, 1865 - 33 month 4 days * Eyes - Brown; Hair - Dark; Complexion - Dark; Height - 5' 4" * Occupation at enrollment - Miner * He left the company at Harrisburg before he was mustered in, but Captain Edmunds made arrangements to have some man answer to Weimer's name. Weimer was reported a deserter and remained at home until April 1864, when he was taken as a deserter and sent forward to the regiment. He served his time as cook for the Lieutenant and was mustered out with the regiment near Washington D.
