* Occupation - Farmer 
* Saw action at Petersburg, Va., Jerusalem Plank Road, Va. and Reams Station, 
Va. 
* Captured at Petersburg, Va. June 22, 1864 
* Confined at Richmond, Va. June 25, 1864 
* Sent to Andersonville Prison, Georgia (no date) 
* Admitted to the hospital at Andersonville Prison Oct. 1, 1864 
* Died of Dysentery Oct. 4, 1864
