The Somerset Herald. (Somerset, Pa.) April 13, 1892
Daniel Kaufman, of near Forwardstown, had his left eye seriously injured a few weeks
ago by being struck by the limb of a tree. The injury kept growing worse and the eye
was removed Thursday to save the other one.
