Born in West Salisbury January 30, 1898, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary H. Reitz, January 2, 1957. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 1915 and was discharged as a sargeant in 1919. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Belle City Lodge No. 92 F&AM, 32nd degree Mason, Wis. Scotish Right bodies, Valley of Milwaukee, Tripoli Temple Shrine, Recine Shrine Club, Vet. of Foreign War No. 1391, American Legion Post No. 76, Last Man's Club, American Legion Drum and Bugle Corps, City Employee 20 Year Club, Life Member of Wisconsin Policeman's Assoc. Danish Brother of American Lodge No. 4. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Bella Tenney, Washington, Pa.; and one brother, Russell J. Alexander, Cheswick, Pa. He was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother. Friends were received at Hanson Funeral Home in Racine, Wisconsin, where a service was held with the Rev. Roy Fox officiating.
