  ALUMBAUGH
  
  Edward Alumbaugh, 76, of Friedens died Feb. 19, 2002 at his residence.  Born
  March 30, 1925 in Sullivan, Ind.  Son of Winfield and Bertha Mae (Robbins)
  Alumbaugh.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by wife, the former
  Margaret Jean Fair to whom he was married 60 years; children, David E.
  Alumbaugh married to the former Suzanne Reed of Friedens, Ms. Susan F.
  Alumbaugh of Friedens, and Stan Lee Alumbaugh married to the former Sandra
  Evans of Cumberland, Md.; six grandchildren and one great-grandson.  Brother
  of Mrs. William L. (Betty J.) Hunter of Somerset, and James R. Alumbaugh of
  Somerset.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church.  Partner of the former
  Alumbaugh Coal Co. retiring in 1980.  No viewing or visitation.  Service will
  be conducted at 1pm Wednesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, with
  the Rev. Edward DeVore officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  Contributions may be made to Friedens Lutheran Church, 131 S. Main
  St., Friedens, Pa.  15541.
