  ALWINE
  
  Emil H. Alwine, 75, Boswell Rd 1, died Oct. 28, 1986, at home.  Born Dec. 3,
  1910, in Johnstown, son of Harvey G. and Annie M. (Keafer) Alwine.  Preceded
  in death by parents, two infant sons, one sister and one brother.Survived
  by widow, the former Vivian McCoy; and these children: Theresa, wife of Ray
  Knapp, St. Stephen, SC; Donna Ragland, Fairfax, Va.; David K, married to
  the former Georgianna Denk, Friedens RD 1; Linda, wife of David Johnson,
  Boswell RD 1; Charles, married to former Barbara Mishler, Woodbridge, Va.;
  15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Brother of Oliver Adams, Clyde
  K., Virgie Beahr, Mary Grace Horner, Flornel Forsythe and Harold.  Member of
  Horner Lutheran Church, Ferndale Sportsmen Club, and Jenner Rod and Gun
  Club.  Retired employee of former Johnstown Works US Steel Corp., also
  retired self-empoyed truck driver.  Friends received 7-9 pm Wednesday and
  2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main St., Boswell, where
  services will be held at 1 pm Friday, the Rev. Richard A. Schlak.
  Interment, Benshoff Hill Cemetery, Johnstown.
