  ARTHUR AMBROSE SR.
  
  Arthur A. (Art) Ambrose Sr., 62, of RD 3, Bedford Road, Cumberland,
  Maryland; died Sundy, February 3, 1985, at Sacred Heart Hospital, where he
  had been a patient for three weeks.  Born in Cumberland, Md., he was a son
  of the late Lloyd Ambrose and Fannie (Burns) Ambrose.  He was a retired
  mechanic for the Celanese Central Trucking Company.  He was a member of
  Centenay United Methodist Church and Teamsters Local 453.  He is survived by
  his widow, Mr. Winona R. (Cooke) Ambrose; Cresaptown, Maryland; Robert
  Ambrose, Beans Cove; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Hare, Grantsville,
  Maryland.   Friends were received at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Residence
  where services were conducted with interment in the Lybarger Cemetery, near
  Hyndman.
