  CHARLES E. ANDERSON
  
  Charles E. Anderson, 65, of Confluence, died July 6, 1972, in his home.
  Born Nov. 9, 1906, in Confluence, he was the son of the late Scott and
  Susan (Nicholson) Anderson.  Surviving are his wife, the former Mary
  Silbaugh: four children, Mrs. Carol Fritz, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Fay
  Murphy, Valley City, Ohio; Charles Anderson Jr., Altoona; and Mrs. Georgia
  Yommer, of Confluence; also seven grandchildren and two brothers, Joseph,
  of Confluence, and James Ralph, of Windber.  He was preceded in death by a
  daughter, Mrs. Irene Shipley.  Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon in
  Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, with Rev. James Smiley officiating.
  Interment in Addison Cemetery.
