  James Francis Anderson Jr., 72, Indian Lake, died Aug. 16, 2004, at Windber 
  Medical Center, Windber.  Born Oct. 17, 1931, Elizabeth, N.J., a son of James 
  Francis Sr. and Pauline M. (Burns) Anderson.  Preceded in death by parents. 
  Survived by wife, the former Jane Francis Personette to whom he was married 43 
  years; children, James Patrick "J.P." Anderson married to the former Judith Ann 
  O'Brien, Somerset; John Thomas Anderson married to the former Melissa Madura, 
  Plum Boro; and Mrs. Michael (Kathleen M.) Scheider, Coraopolis; grandchildren: 
  Logan and Liam Scheider and Alexis Anderson. Brother of David Anderson, Pharr, 
  Texas, and Grace Mitterando, Barneget, N.J.  A U.S. Navy veteran.  Graduate of 
  Stevens Institute in Hoboken, N.J., with a BS in engineering.  Member of St. 
  Peter's Catholic Church. Had formerly served on the Zoning Board in Carnegie and 
  the Chartiers Valley Industrial Redevelopment Authority.  Worked as a general 
  partner for Aunt Mini's Self Storage for the past 19 years.  Friends received 7 
  to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler 
  Funeral Home, Somerset.  Funeral Mass will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday at St. 
  Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset.  Vigil for the deceased will be held at 3:45 
  p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  The Rev. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli 
  officiating.  Committal Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made 
  to UPCI (Melanoma Research) Development Dept. UPMC Cancer Pavilion, 1st Floor 
  5150 Center Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15232.
