  ANDERSON
  
  Robert W. Anderson, 60, of Confluence RD 1, died May 2, 1988 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 4, 1927 in Bidwell, a son of the late Gladdis
  and Mildred (Shipley) Anderson.  Survived by his wife Ruth (Plume) Anderson,
  three children: Barbara Lesher, of Greencastle; Geary Anderson and Marcia
  Augustine, both of Confluence; seven grandchildren and one
  great-grandchild.  Also survived by two brothers: Paul and Donald Rober,
  both of Confluence; and three sisters: Nina McClintock, Rockwood; Garnet
  Pritts and Nancy Klink, both of Confluence.  A member ofthe Confluence VFW
  Post 7250, a veteran of WWII, a forest fire warden for 21 years and a
  railroad worker for 33 years.  Friends will be received from 7-9 pm today
  (Tuesday) and from 10 am to 9 pm Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where services will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm with the Rev.
  Thomas Charles officiating.  Interment Jersey Cemetery.
