  Eva "Mae" Angelo, 82, of Friedens, formerly of Hooversville, died March 6,
  1995, at home.  A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was born July
  12, 1912, in Garrett, daughter of Silas and Nellie (Smith) Ash.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband Dominic, with whom she celebrated 62 years of
  marriage; son James and daughter Betty Jean Fish; also a sister and three
  brothers.  Survived by daughter, Doloris Griffith of Friedens RD 1; Donna
  Lee, married to David Tomko of Hooversville; six grandchildren, five
  great-grandchildren, three sisters and a brother.  Member of Hooversville
  Church of the Brethren and charter member of Thirteen Star VFW Auxiliary to
  Post 7565, Hooversville.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm
  Tuesday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville, where auxiliary service
  will be held at 7 pm Tuesday.  Viewing from 10 am until time of service at
  11 am Wednesday at the Hooversville Church of the Brethren, Rev. Charles
  Mahon officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of
  flowers, contributions may be given to Hooversville Church of the Brethren
  of Somerset In-Touch Hospice.
