  McKinley Myles ANKENY
  
  McKinley Myles Ankeny, 89, of Hooversville, died Feb. 19, 1986, at home.
  Born Nov. 25, 1896, in Hooversville, son of the late Issac and Ann Maria
  (Peterman) Ankeny.  Preceded in death by son, McKinley; one brother; and
  four sisters.  Survived by daughters, Mrs. Wallace (Charlotte) Nelson,
  Orlando Fla.; Mrs. Edna Greathouse, Windber; 16 grandchildren; 26
  great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandaughter.  Brother of Mrs.
  Susie Keith of Hooversville.  Retired coal miner and farmer.  World War I
  Army veteran, having served in the medical corps at Verdun, France.  Family
  will receive friends 7-9 pm Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11:30 am Saturday,
  the Rev. J. Wesley Spahn officiating.  Interment, POS of A Cemetery,
  Hooversville.  If friends desire, instead of flowers contributions can be
  made to the Disabled American Veterans.
