  Anna M. ANKNEY
  
  Anna M. Ankney, 87, Somerset RD 3, died Dec. 8, 1984, in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born Sept. 30, 1897, in Somerset County, a daughter of the late
  Theodore and Mary (Hochard) Miller.  Preceded in death by parents; husband,
  Edward K.; and three brothers.  She is survived by two daughters and a son:
  Mrs. H.L. (Treatice) William, Ligonier; Nadine, wife of Robert G. Knupp;
  and Max W., both of Somerest RD 3; four grandchildren; and two
  great-grandsons.  She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church,
  Trinity Chapter Order of Eastern Star No. 138.  Retired school teacher and
  former justice of the peace.  Friends will be received after 7:30 pm today,
  Monday, in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Funeral service Tuesday 11 am
  in the Bethany United Methodist Church, the Rev. Donald Rudat officiating.
  Interment, church cemetery.  Body will lie in state in the church from 10 am
  until the hour of service.
