  Robert J. ANKENY
  
  Robert J. Ankeny, 89, Jennerstown, died Dec. 14, 1993, at Somerset
  Hospital, son of Isaac H. and Katie (Glessner) Ankeny.  Preceded in death by
  parents; wife, the former Ruth E. Friedline, Dec, 15, 1986, and
  brothers-in-law: Dean Friedline and James Reap.  Survived by sister, Mary
  Reap, Jennerstown; brother-in-law, Harry Friedline, Somerset, and
  sister-in-law, Leona Friedine, Boswell RD 2; also niece Janet Friedline,
  Washington, DC.  Member of Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church,
  Jennerstown.  Long-time member of Jenner Grange 1661.  Retired Jenner
  Township farmer.  Also president of the board of directors of the Lutheran
  Cemetery, Jennerstown, for many years.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 pm
  Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service
  will be held at 11 am. Thursday, with the Rev. Edward N. Corneilson
  officiating.  Interment, Lutheran Cemetery, Jennerstown.
