He was born Aug. 4, 1913 in Irwin, son of the late Clement and Mary (DeLuca) Anodide. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. He is survived by his wife the former Helen Charney and these children: James M. of Tugunga, Calif.; Mrs. Rim (Donna) Miksys, Bellview, Washington; Mrs. Jerry (Joyce) Kellett, Wheeling, W.Va.; Antoinette, Chambersburg; and seven grandchildren. Also survived by these brothers and sisters; Mrs. Filomena Serluco, Lower Burrell; Mrs. Tony (Madeline) Jacco, Nanty Glo; Joseph, Brielle, New Jersey; Roland, Strongstown; Mrs. Paul (Rose) Pellani, Saddlebrook, New Jersey; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Anna Anodide, Nanty Glo. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, charter member and past president of Somerset Kiwanis Club, board member of Somerset Community Hospital and the Somerset Country Club, Meyersdale Elks. He was a retired manager of Penn Furniture Co. in Somerset. Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset, with the Rev. Father Samuel Tomaselli officiating. Interment at Somerset County Memorial Park.
