  William D. ANSELL
  
  William D. Ansell, 65, of Confluence, passed away April 17, 2000, at
  Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Born March 15, 1935, in Garrett.
  Son of the late John Wesley Ansell and Jane (Hostetler) Ansell of Rockwood.
  Survived by wife, Joan (Trimpey) Ansell; mother, Jane; daughter Sondra L.,
  married to Jeffrey Clevenger, of Ursina; and son, Theodore W., married to
  Deborah J., Ansell of Friedens.  Also grandchldren Gary and Amanda Ansell
  and Levi Clevenger.  Brother of Barry, James and Tom Ansell, all of
  Vermillion, Ohio, and Nancy Bauermaster of Berlin.  He was a retired field
  supervisor for Wheelabrator Technology and had 35 years of service with
  Carpenter's Union #2274 in Pittsburgh.  Veteran of the US Army and a member
  of the American Legion Post #279 in Rockwood and VFW Post #7250 in
  Confluence.  Friends will be received from 5-9 pm Tuesday at Miller Funeral
  Home, Rockwood, where a service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, Rev. Duane
  Riddle officiating.  Interment, Old Bethel Church Cemetery.
