  FRED ARNOLD
    
  Fred F. Arnold, 89, Meyersdale RD 3, died Sept 16, at the home of his
  son, Owen F. Arnold, Meyersdale RD 3.
  A son of John D and Elizabeth (Faidley) Arnold, he was born July 14,
  1877, on Meyersdale RD 2.  
  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Annie Baer, in 1951.
  Surviving are seven children: Harvey A., Meyersdale; Mrs. William
  Gerhard, Meyersdale RD 2; Mrs. Marshall F. Baer, Salisbury RD 1; Mrs. Leora
  Wilhelm, Clyde E, and Owen F., Meyersdale RD 3; and Frank E., Frostburg RD
  2; 39 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.  
  A brother, Logan, of Somerset, also survives, and two sisters, Miss Grace
  and Mrs. Arthur Miller, Meyersdale RD 3.
  Funeral service was conducted at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, by
  Rev. David Fetter, on Monday afternoon.  Interment was made in Greenville
  Union Cemetery.
