  Glenn S. Ash, 70, of Acosta, died Sept. 19, 1994, in Somerset Hospital.
  Born Oct, 5, 1923, in Somerset, son of Minnie (Snyder) Ash and the late
  David Ash.  Preceded in death by sister, Binnie Latshaw.  Survived by mother,
  Mrs. David Ash of Somerset RD 1, wife, Ilga Swank, two sons: William L.
  married to the former Judith Truscott of Boswell, and Ray E. married to the
  former Teresa Tulenko of Acosta, six grandchildren, and three
  great-grandchildren, brother of Ruth, wife of Kenneth R. Coleman, Somerset
  RD 1, Roy of Somerset RD 2, and David Jr. of Jennerstown.  Member of Christ
  Casebeer Evangelical Lutheran Church, life member of Acosta Volunteer Fire
  Department, Jenner Rod and Gun Club, Eldaroda Campers Club.  Veteran of
  WWII, served in Army Air Force.  Retired from Lyons Service Station.  Death
  terminated marriage union of 50 years.  Friends will be received from 2-4
  and 7-9 pm (today) Wednesday in Robert H Halverson Funeral Home.  Funeral
  service 11 am Thursday in Casebeer Church pastor Dwight A. Huseman
  officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Body will lie in state at church
