  E. VIRGINIA AUBER
  
  E. Virginia Auber, 84, formerly of Cumberland, Md., died April 6, 2002, at
  the Patriot Manor Nursing Home, Somerset.  Born April 21, 1918, in Turtle
  Creek, the daughter of the late Christopher A. and Dora E. (Bond) 
  O'Brien.  Preceded in death by two housbands, F. Gilbert Becker, who died
  March 15, 1966, and Harold E. Auber, who died Dec. 16, 1997.  She was the
  last surviving member of her immediate family.  Survived by a stepson, R.
  Stuart Auber, Curwensville, and two step-grandchildren.  Mrs. Auber was a
  retired Executive Housekeeper at the Ramada Inn, Somerset, and Holiday Inn
  in Cumberland, and a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Somerset.  At
  Mrs. Auber's request her body was cremated.  Memorial services will be held
  at 1pm Wednesday at Grace United Methodist Church, Somerset.  Rev. Charles
  I. Olson Jr. Officiating.  Interment services will be held at 2:30 pm
  Wedneday at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Cumberland.  The Kight Funeral Home,
  309-311 Decatur St., Cumberland, is in charge of the arrangements.  The
  family has requested that contributions take the form of donations to Grace
  United Methodist Church, Somerset, Pa.  15501.
