  DONALD AUGUSTINE
  
  Donald Earl Augustine, 66, died Jan. 11, 1997, at Alexandria Hospital in
  Alexandria, Va.  Born in Addison, he was a former resident of Old Town,
  Md., and the Cumberland, Md., area.  Survived by his beloved wife, Frances
  E. Augustine.  Father of Sherry Umbel, Dorothy Ausustin-Bradley and Donald
  T. Augustine.  Stepfather of William, Ronald and Daniel Lease and Reba
  Miller.  Brother of Bud Augustine, Doris Van Sickle and Tom Augustine. 
  Also survived by 10 grandchildren and host of other relatives and
  friends.  The family will be having a reception at the Addison United
  Methodist Church, Addison, from 1-5pm Saturday, Jan. 25.  In lieu of
  flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, the
  American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association or the
  Salvation Army.  Arrangements are by Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W.
  Braddock Rd., Alexandria, Va.
