  Ross John Augustine, Addison, passed away April 28, 1994, at his residence
  after a lingering illness.  Born Jan. 6, 1953, in Addison.  Preceded in
  death by parternal grandfather, Edgar E. Augustine Sr.; maternal
  grandfather, Edward Blubaugh; maternal grandmother, Estela Blubaugh
  Quickel.  Survived by Audrine Brooks of Addison; son, Ross Jason Augustine,
  at home; parents, Edgar E. Jr. and Jean B. Augustine, Addison RD 1; paternal
  grandmother, Mrs. Edgar Augustine Sr. of Addison; brothers: Peter C. and
  his wife Connie, and Daniel E. Augustine and wife, Lois, Addison; sisters,
  Alcinda (Richard) Nensel, Ohio; Nancy (Robert) Palmer, Waynesburg; Sally
  (Nathan) Lint, Addison; seven nieces, seven nephews.  Private memorial
  services at family's convenience.  In lieu of flowers, family requests
  donations be made to Addison United Methodist Church, Rev. David Lee,
  Addison RD 1, Pa 15411 or to "In Touch" Hospice, 651 S. Center Ave.,
  Somerset Pa.  15501.
