  GLADYS AUSTIN

  Gladys Irene (Fike) Austin, 90, of Richland Woods, Johnstown, formerly of
  Boswell and Meyersdale went to be with the Lord March 23, 2001, at Richland
  Woods.  Born Jan. 7, 1911 in Meyersdale.  A daughter of the late Elias and
  Bessie (Miller) Fike.  Also preceded in death by her husband James Herbert
  Austin, and her daughter Carol J. Hoffmeyer.  Survived by grandchildren:
  Robyn, wife of James Lee, Allentown, Cynthia, wife of Ralph Reiking,
  Somerset; Melony, wife of William Gaudlip, Hooversville; Dean Hoffmeyer,
  married to the former Katina Megas, Silver Spring, Md.; and Jon Hoffmeyer,
  maried to Dr. Heloi Stark, Fairfax, Va.  Great-grandchildren: Aimee,
  Matthew, and Timothy Reiking; Daniel and Joshua Lee.  Son-in-law James
  Hoffmeyer, married to the former Janice Stark, Clermont, Fla.  A sister of
  Leora Hoffman, Pleasantville; and Walter fike, Meyersdale.  A member of
  Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Boswell.  Gladys celebrated her 90th
  birthday in January.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 1 pm
  Monday, with the Rev. Gary W. Anderson officiating.  Interment, Union
  Cemetery, Meyersdale
