  EDWARD AYVAZIAN
  
  Dr. Edward A. Ayvazian, 58, of Louisville, Ky., died Feb. 2, 1976. 
  Dr. Ayvazian formerly practiced medicine in Somerset from 1953 to 1958 and
  in Rockwood from 1964 to 1966.  Survivors include his wife, the former
  Dorothy L. Ulmer, his mother, five children, two brothers and one
  sister.  Funeral and burial were held in Rome, NY
