The Somerset herald: (Somerset, Pa.) 1870-1936: April 07, 1875
On the 1st of April, Mrs. Margaret Beck, aged 71years, 3 months and 9 days. The
deceased was born in Germany on the 25th day of December 1802; was married to
Nicholas Beck on the 4th of January 1824, and came with her husband to America in
1832. They brought with them two sons and two daughters, lived in America 42 years,
had in all 12 children, 3 dead and 9 living. Peace to her ashes.
