  BABYAK, Anna (Novak) 03/23/06 Daily American 
  
  Anna (Novak) Babyak, 91, Church of the Brethren Home, Windber, went to be with
  the Lord March 21, 2006, at the home. Born Sept. 11, 1914, in Johnstown,
  daughter of Daniel and Theresa (Kormanik) Novak. Preceded in death parents;
  husband, Joseph Babyak; sisters, Evelyn Novak and Catherine Babyak; brothers,
  Andrew, Charles and John "Jay" Novak. Survived by sons, Robert Babyak and wife
  Sandra, Brooklyn, N.Y.; and James Babyak and wife Udean, Springfield, Ohio.
  Also survived by special nephew, Paul Babyak and wife Rose Marie, New Jersey;
  eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Sister of Mary Babyak, New
  Jersey; Theresa Wiecerzak, New Jersey; Michael Novak, Brooklyn; Martha Babyak,
  New Jersey; Nicholas Novak, Windber, with whom Anna resided; Joseph Novak,
  Florida; and George Novak, New Jersey. Also survived by numerous nieces and
  nephews. It is of special interest that four Novak sisters married four Babyak
  brothers. Anna spent most of her married life in New York City. Member of SS.
  Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Windber. Friends received from 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber, where vigil
  for the deceased will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday
  at SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Windber. The Rev. Matthew Misurda
  officiating. Committal Church cemetery, East End.
