  Betty Lou (Wilkins) Baer, 61, of Vandergrift, formerly of Addison died May
  22, 2003 at her home.  Born Sept. 30, 1941 in Somerset, the daughter of the
  late James O. and Verda E. (Tressler) Wilkins.  In addition to her parents,
  she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Carol Lynn.  Survived by her
  husband Ray E. Baer of Vandergrift; son William Birmingham and wife Robin of
  Somerset; daughter Mary Collins and husband Brad of Champion; grandchildren
  Lee, Kiesha, Cheyenne and Connor; brother, Jack O. Wilkins of Addison; and
  brothers and sisters in law Harold and Norman Baer of Frostburg, Md., Beulah
  and Dave Emmart of Springfield, W.Va., Donna and Brian Robinette and Debbie
  and Rod Berkley, all of Salisbury.  Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the hour of service Sunday, at the
  Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence. Rev. David Fetter officiating.  Family
  suggests memorial contributions to the ALS Association-Western Pennsylvania
  Chapter, Landmarks Building Suite 550, 100 West Station Square Drive,
