  Catherine M. Baer, 85, of Meyersdale, died Feb. 1, 1998, at Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born March 17, 1912 in Finzel, Md., a daughter of
  Lloyd A. and Susie A. (Baker) Arnold.  Preceded in death by parents, a brother
  and 4 sisters.  Survived by her husband, Leo E. Baer, two sons, Wayne E. Baer,
  Washington, W.Va., and Donald L. Baer, Alexandria, Va.  Also survived by three
  grandchildren, Timothy, Matthew and Rebekah; and a sister, Edna Beal, Finzel,
  Md.  A member of the Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Randy Haulk
  officiating.  Interment Reformed Cemetery, Meyersdale.
