  BAER
  
  Clyde W. (Griz) Baer 73, of Rockwood RD 3, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 1989, in
  Somerset Hospital.  He was born Feb. 3, 1916, in Connellsville, the son of the
  late George and Sadie (Hoover) Baer.  He was a resident of the Scullton area
  since 1953.  He was a retired construction worker.  He was a veteran of WW II,
  serving in the U.S. Marines.  He is survived by his wife, Grace (Basinger)
  Baer, a son, Edward, Rockwood RD 3; two daughters, Dorothy Morris of
  Sebastian, Fla., and Mrs. Howard (Shirley) Henry, Rockwood RD 3; 13
  grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a daughter,
  Betty McMillen; a sister, Mildred Baer, and a half-brother, Carl Baer.
  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  Tuesday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, where
  services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Mark Wallace
  officiating.  Interment will follow in the Scullion Cemetery.
