FLOYD CURTIS BAER

  Floyd Curtis Baer, aged 20, employed in Cambridge, Ohio, was drowned when 
stricken with cramps while swimming with friends Sunday afternoon, June 27.
  A son of Alvin and Hazel Howser Baer, of Pocahontas, he was born Feb. 25, 
1928, in Somerset County.
  In addition to his parents, three brothers survive: Raymond, Meyersdale R.D. 
2, Jack and James at home.
  Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the 
Greenville Lutheran Church by Rev. George E. Bowersox.  Interment was made in 
the church cemetery, under the direction of W. C. Price and Son.
