  HOMER R. BAER
  
    Homer R. Baer, 65, Baltimore, a former resident of Meyersdale, died Feb.
  11, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Baltimore.  He was born July 16, 1900, in
  Meyersdale, a son of the late John A. and Margaret (Ross) Baer.
    He is survived by his wife, Valeria Diehl Baer; three children Mrs. Jean
  Smith, Samuel L. and Cornelius Baer, all of Baltimore; and two brothers, John
  W. Baer, Shady Side, Md., and Lewis Baer, Akron, Ohio.
    The body was brought to Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, Monday, where
  friends were received Monday evening and Tuesday, and funeral service held
  Wednesday at 11 am., the Rev. W. A. Cassidy officiating.  Interment in Union
  Cemetery.
