  BAER 
  
  Larry F. Baer, 65, of Meyersdale, died Dec. 24, 2002 at his home.  He was born
  Nov. 14, 1937 in Meyersdale a son of the late Frank and Nellie (Forrest) Baer.
  He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine (Swindell) Baer in 1991.  Also
  by a sister, Betty Hay and a brother, Glenn Baer.  He is survived by these
  children: Randy and wife, Linda, Cumberland, Md.; Julie Haines and her
  friend, Art Garrity of Pierre, S.D.; Stephanie, wife of Scott Walker,
  Somerset; grandchildren: Lacey, Jeremy and Tyler; sister of Bonnie Hay of
  Meyersdale.  He was a member of the Church of the Brethren.  Friends will be
  received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leckemby Funeral Home,
  where a service will be Friday at 2 p.m.  Interment Greenville Cemetery.  The
  family suggests that memorials be given to the Hospice Society in his name.
