  Martha Baer, 77, Central Park Place (Oak Ridge), Somerset, Died June 28, 1998
  in Somerset Hospital.  Born May 26, 1921 in Somerset. Daughter of the late
  Millard E. and Anna (Peterson) Meyers.  Preceded in death by a son, Clyde A.
  Baer on May 2, 1979.  Survived by husband Richard L. Baer and these children:
  Carl Christner Sr., Tacoma, Wash.; Marvin L. Baer Sr., Somerset RD 7; Mary
  Ann (Baer) Trout, North Versailles, and Donald Baer of Meyersdale.  A
  daughter-in-law Sarah Baer of Bakersville and a sister-in-law Ruth Whipkey of
  Somerset RD 7.  Thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Member of
  First Christian Church, Somerset.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home
  where service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Pastor Daniel Nicksich
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
