Baer, Roy

The remains of Roy Baer, who died in Cumberland, were brought here on Friday 
morning and taken to the home of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Plitt, 
of Olinger Street, where funeral services were held at 2 o'clock that afternoon 
by the Rev. D. W. Michael, of the Lutheran Church. Burial in the Union Cemetery. 
Roy was a lad of 14 years of age and had been an invalid for years as the result 
of spinal trouble. He is the son of Milton Baer, who died here some years ago. 
He is survived by his mother Mrs. Jerry Cassen, of Cumberland, by his step 
father and five brothers and sisters.
