Bailey, 72, of Somerset, died Feb. 15, 2004 at her residence. Born Aug. 22, 1931 in Windber, the daughter of the late David Lee and Margaret Virginia (Dishong) Fodder. Also preceded in death by husband, Glenn E. Bailey, son John Anthony Bailey, sister, Dorothy Waldrop and brother, Galen Fodder. Survived by sons, David A. Bailey and wife Virginia of Indiana, and Thomas L. Bailey and wife Donna of New Stanton; grandchildren, Stephanie and Thomas L. Bailey and Kimberly Young Rhonda Moser; also six great-grandchildren. Sister of Ruth Apter, Margaret Menser and Mildred Berkebile, all of Somerset, Charlotte Spangler of Tionesta and Evelyn Hartman of Central City. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church and retired as secretary for the Somerset Area School District in 1993. She enjoyed baking, sewing and oil painting. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Hoover and the Rev. Susan Yatta officiating. Viewing at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
