  BAILEY
  
  Ralph Edward Bailey, 66, Somerset, died Sept. 2, 1999, at his residence.  Born
  July 18, 1933, in Ralphton.  Son of the late Clarence Edward and Lottie Isabel
  (Barndt) Bailey.  Also preceded in death by brother, Nelson Bailey.  Survived
  by wife, the former Geraldine Faye "Betsy" Snyder, to whom he was married 44
  years, and these children: Harry E. Bailey and fiance Debbie Horsey,
  Allentown; Roger A. Bailey, married to the former Cynthia Bowman, Somerset,
  and Janice Bailey, also of Somerset; five grandchildren: Mrs. Bradley
  (Heather) Barta, Roxanne, Eric and Ethan Bailey, and Brenna Sawyers.  Also one
  great-grandson, Joshua Barta.  Brother of: Mrs. Howard (Elda) Frampton,
  Stoystown; Mrs. Grace Frampton,	Somerset; Eugene R. "Bob" Bailey, Stoystown;
  Harold J. "Jim" Bailey, Somerset, and Mrs. Mildred Flickinger, Friedens.  Army
  veteran of Korean War.  Employed by Somerset Rural Electric Cooperative.
  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday
  at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 1
  p.m. Monday, with Pastor Deborah Hoover and Pastor Russell B. Kessler
  officiating.  Interment, Mizpah Cemetery.  Contributions may be sent to
  Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa., 15501.
