  Ruth E. (Kiggins) Bailey, 88, Fort Hill, formerly of Floreffe, died on April
  25, 2006. Daughter of the late Luke and Lilas (Jones) Kiggins. Beloved wife of
  Harold W. Bailey; cherished mother of Harold L. Bailey, Fort Hill; Harry J.
  Bailey, Rocky Point, N.Y.; Robert E. Bailey, Gary, Ind.; and Ruth Ann Leon,
  McMurray. Grandmother of 14, great-grandmother of three. Sister of Nellie
  Eschelbacher, North Port, Fla.; and Harry Kiggins, Finleyville. Visitation will
  be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home
  Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, where a funeral service will be
  held 11 a.m. Saturday.
