BAILOR

Helen N. Bailor, 78, of Suitland, Md. (Washington, D.C.), died July 9, 1981, at 
her residence. Born Nov. 21, 1904, in Northampton Township, daughter of the late 
Sebastian B. and Rebecca (Shipley) Shipley. Preceded in death by her first 
husband, Glaser F. Burkhardt Sr., and second husband, Frank Bailor. Survived by 
son, Glaser F. Berkhardt Jr., Meadville, Pa.; five grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. Also survived by three brothers: Benjamin J. Shipley, Georgia; 
Raymond W. Shipley, Suitland, Md.; and Russel W. Shipley of Connellsville. 
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral 
Home, Berlin, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. Interment will be 
at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
