  BAKER
  
  Clinton Baker, 79, of Somerset RD 3, died June 14, 1994, at Laurel Estates,
  Latrobe.  Born Nov. 16, 1915, in Lincoln Township, Somerset County, son of
  the late Lorenzo and Edith (Baker) Baker.  Preceded in death by brother.
  Survived by wife, the former Dorothy Conn; daughter, Carol Jean, married to
  William Humbert, Ligonier, and David Clinton, married to former Nancy
  Fleegle, Somerset.  Brother of Edna Baumgardner, Friedens; Mrs. Lester
  (Viola) Shaffer and Mrs. Stanley (Ivadene) Okinsky, both of Somerset, and
  Ruby McClusker, Friedens; also 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
  Member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Jenner Rod and Gun Club, New
  Baltimore Sportsmen; Trent, Bakersville and Lavansville Rod and Gun Club,
  and United Mine Workers of America.  During his lifetime, he served with CCC
  camp, operated a logging company and constructed homes.  Retired from
  Florence Mining Company, New Florence.  Death ended a marriage union of 50
  years.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday,
  Rev. Donald E. Krestar.  Interment, Bethany Church Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church.
