  BAKER
  
  Clyde R. Baker, 76, of Sipesville, died Sept. 18, 1976 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born April 18, 1898, in Lincoln Twp., Somerset County,
  son of Soloman and Mary (Bittner) Baker.  Survived by his widow the former
  Edna Shaulis and these children: Floyd W., Stoystown; Eugene, Mrs. Harry
  (Fay) Leaphart, and Barrie, all of Sipesville; and, 13 grandchildren and
  four great grandchildren.  Preceded in death by son Jack, who was killed in
  Vietnam War, also by three sisters.  He was a member of Casebeer Lutheran
  Church and Local 1742 of UM-WA. Friends are being received at the Richard
  E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30
  a.m., the Rev. Robert Clark officiating.  Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.
