  Dorothy J. Baker, 80, Somerset, died January 13, 2005, at The Patriot. Born
  November 29, 1924, in Jenner Township, she is the daughter of the late
  Zackariah and Florence (Burkholder) Conn. Also preceded in death by her
  husband, Clinton Noah Baker who died June 14, 1994, grandson, Ronald Lee
  Humbert, and sister Jackline Conn. Survived by children, Mrs. William L.
  (Carol) Humbert, Ligonier; David Baker and wife Nancy of Somerset;
  grandchildren, Gary Lee Humbert, David C. Baker Jr. and Mrs. Richard (Paula)
  Beam; great-grandchildren, Ronald Michael Humbert, Amber May Humbert, Sarah
  Nichole Humbert and Nathan L. Beam; and step grandson Colton Thompson. Sister
  of Bruce Conn, Shanksville; Nelda Magnetto, Somerset; Hazel Smith, Berlin;
  Helen Hillegas, Paul Conn and Robert Conn, all of Somerset. Member of Bethany
  United Methodist Church where she taught Bible school. Enjoyed crafts, sewing,
  playing cards and camping. Retired from Bender Shoe Company. Friends received 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 Saturday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, and from 1
  p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Bethany United Methodist
  Church. The Rev. Barry K. Ritenour officiating. Interment in Bethany Cemetery.
