  Hazel M. Baker, 84, Somerset, formerly of Stoystown, died April 28, 2006, at
  The Patriot. Born Feb. 5, 1922, in Kantner, daughter of Clarence and Mabel
  (Zimmerman) Berkebile. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Floyd W.; and
  brothers, Lewis, Floyd, Fordyce and Rush Berkebile. Survived by daughter
  Bonnie, married to Cliff Scheufele, Coral Springs, Fla.; son, Danny "Butch,"
  married to the former Connie Davis, Hagerstown, Md.; grandchildren, Shawn and
  Scott Baker and Margot Scheufele; sister, Rachel, married to Charles Thompson,
  Hooversville. A 1938 graduate of Stoystown High School. Member of Christ
  Casebeer Lutheran Church. Former member of Kantner United Methodist Church and
  Stoystown Fire Co. Auxiliary. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where a service will be held
  11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Dennis Doebler officiating. Interment Casebeer
  Cemetery.
