Baker, were held from the home Friday morning by the Rev. S. D. Sigler, pastor of the Grantsville Lutheran Church. Music was furnished by a male quartet from the Salisbury (Pa.) church. Interment was in the Grantsville cemetery. Pallbearers were Stewart Rodamer, Harvey Gortner, Joel A. Beachy, Milton Rodamer, Daniel Klotz and Louis Klotz. Mrs. Baker died at her home here about 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 5. While she had not been well for some time, her condition was not considered alarming. She suffered a stroke Sunday morning from which she failed to regain consciousness. Born near Grantsville, she was a daughter of Henry and Molly Patton, natives of this section. She married William P. Baker some years ago and they have made their home about a half mile west of Grantsville for many years. Surviving, besides her husband, are four children: Mrs. Raymond Smith, Welch, W.Va.; Roy Baker, Masontown, Pa.; Fern and Helen Baker, at home. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Morgan Scott and Mrs. Pluma Sheets, Hopwood, Pa., Mrs. Ruth Durst, Grantsville, three brothers, Richard Patton, West Point, N.Y.; Roy C. and Norman L. Patton, Grantsville, and four grandchildren. Those who came from a distance to attend the services were Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Scherer, Kent, O., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fair, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kelley, Akron, O.; William Patton, West Point, N.Y.; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Baker and family, Masontown, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Smith and daughter, Dorothy, Welch, W.Va.; Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Scott, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scott, Edison Scott, Mr. and Mrs. Lott Sheets, Dorothy and Ralph Sheets, Hopwood, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Broadwater and children, Melcroft, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Patton, Rodney C.
