  Scott Allen Baker, 7, Boswell RD 2, died April 21, 1979 at Children's
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born May 10, 1971 in Johnstown, a son of Arthur and
  Donna (Kipp) Baker Jr.  Survived by his parents; one brother, Stephen and
  one sister, Jean Ann, both at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
  Arthur Baker Sr. of Somerset; and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
  Ernest Kipp of Cairnbrook. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Monday at
  the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be conducted at
  1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Samuel E. Charlton.  Interment, Union
  Cemetery.
